walked into my "Treehouse" room to excessive heat with a fan and pizza and cheese all over the ground as the party host swept. The people at the front desk were unorganized, one of the representatives said "this is so and so and she is your party host" the woman responded "that is not my party, you need to find her party host!" I let the manager on duty know everything, she was extremely apologetic however, an apology didn't fix the fact that I paid $225 for a dirty space with unwelcoming people. The bathroom had roaches, toilet tissue all over the seats, the party room was dirty, the staff was very unprofessional and not welcoming, our child 1 and 2 year olds forced to go up and downstairs to go play on the playground area. I had my daughter's 2nd birthday party at the West Market, Greensboro NC location and everything was horrendous. It's not filled with screaming video games and loud music! Kids are the focus of ImagiNation, and it shows.Terrible experience! Do not recommend to my worst enemy. This is such a nice place, especially for a party. They keep the place looking great, and there are hand sanitizer stations throughout the place. This also gives the staff time to clean and set up for the next session. The sessions are 2 hours long, more than enough time to have fun and get your ice cream too. In the mood for cotton candy-gummy bear-cookie crunch ice cream? Go right ahead and make it and dig in! At the end, kids get to create and name their own ice cream flavors, using mix-ins and flavors from test tubes and pipettes. Research includes learning what the most popular flavors are in the U.S. Scoopendorf's lab, and the "scientist" running the show gets everyone involved in the "scientific method" using ice cream as the subject. For a small extra charge, which is sooooo worth it, get the ice cream experiment! Kids and parents go over to Dr. This place is so much fun for the kids and a great way to use their imaginations. They can spend their bucks at the supermarket or at the medical/dental facility to pay for services. When the bucks accumulate, kids can go to the 'bank" at the front counter to get paid and get a bank book to keep track of their money. So the kids do their jobs, and they get paid in Biznis Bucks. Your future tv or broadway celebrity will be delighted with the media center, where they can host a tv news broadcast or radio show, or appear on stage in the theater. The artsy type kids can hang out in the creation station where arts and crafts rule. The kids get right into play.there is so much for them to do and see. And there are uniforms for these jobs! How did they find doctor's scrubs in such small sizes? Or striped vests, goggles and hard hats? I'm posting some pics. For example, in the manufacturing facility, there are jobs for call center order takers, pickers, packers, shippers. Each location has job postings on the wall, so your little ones can see what jobs are needed to run the facility. Scoopendorf's scientific Ice Cream Laboratory. Surrounding the courtyard are various enterprises that make up this city: a post office, supermarket, manufacturing facility, medical office, creative arts center, media center, police and fire departments, and Dr. The big courtyard area is filled with plastic picnic tables where parties can be held, and you can stop to rest. The concept is that this is a city run by and for kids who get paid and buy things using "Biznis Bucks" for money. The facility appears to be a former warehouse that was revamped into a "city" for children. In fact you can see the taller rides from the parking lot. This is in the back (you need to know that to find it easily) of a shopping center, and it's very close to Dorney Park. Wow, this place is amazing! First, the space is so much larger than the old strip mall width. I took my 3 youngest grandkids (6, 7, and 8 years old) to check it out after visiting the website. It was wonderful, and little did I know that the owner, Wendy, was preparing to expand into a much larger facility.which just opened in October 2016 in Allentown. ImagiNation is an expansion of a place that was up in Walnutport called the Ice Cream Lab, which was a small but delightful party space devoted to every kid's favorite treat: Ice Cream! I had happened across it early this year when searching for something different for my grandson's 8th birthday.
